For my first observation, I was in Mrs. Kathy Hafford's fourth grade class. I observed Mrs. Hafford's homeroom students come to class and work on morning work. They quickly rotated to their first class. I observed a medium-high math class. During my two week observation, I observed teaching styles, graded and filed papers, and inputted grades into the grade book.

For my second observation, I was in Ms. Marsha Ratzel's eighth grade classes. For the first two hours, Ms. Ratzel teaches a guided study class. Guided study is a study hall for the students. Ms. Ratzel would check the student's grades and I would help students with their homework. Third hour was a science class. The students worked on prototypes for ice packs for the first few days. Then I created and taught a two-day lesson on classifying matter. Ms. Ratzel gave me tons of advice that I appreciate tremendously.

For my third observation, I was in Ms. Stephaine Louis's classes. Ms. Louis has guided study the first two hours and then a science class third hour. From the start, it was very clear Ms. Louis has a passion for science and a passion for teaching. She was very helpful and I appreciated all her help and advice she game me. I was able to complete a lesson plan over balancing chemical equations while working with her.
